Creating Hope 4 Cambodia

A lot of you know our church and how they are really focusing on missions, specifically Cambodia. We have had many families go over to Cambodia and learn about this culture, help in different areas where this country aches and also to show God's love.

Several of the women that have been to Cambodia learned through their trip that many young girls, girls that are as young as some of our own kids, are sold by their families and put into the sex trade.

Can you imagine that?

These women got creative, used some of their own skills and now have a day where they are selling things and the money then goes to help missions and these girls. Narrow Road Coffee will be there selling as well! A portion of the money raised from what they sell will be going for this cause. If you live in the Rochester area, please join us for this fun event. You can get some shopping done, see some really great items that are locally made and most made by hand. (These are really awesome!)

Wish I was closer! I'd love to come to this. I can't imagine the poor girls sold into slavery. :(
