Trying to think of something to write about today. It is already a late night and my witty comments left me about 2 hours ago. And I have a workout to do in the morning.
Here is something that I saw just a few days ago. Hopefully this inspires you to keep moving, to keep going and to work hard at finishing a goal that you have set for yourself.
The crisis is obesity. It’s the fastest-growing cause of disease and death in America. And it’s completely preventable.
Nearly two out of every three Americans are overweight or obese. One out of every eight deaths in America is caused by an illness directly related to overweight and obesity.

Getting out of the obese category took a lot of work and a lot of time...but it is possible!
