I have a new goal for myself and I am hoping that since I am posting it on my blog that I will actually follow it. Let's see how this goes...
Goal 1: Eat a salad as a meal at least once a day for a week (starting yesterday).
Goal 2: Use Sparkpeople.com to track my food and exercise for a week (starting Tuesday).
My reward if I follow this...buy some new lotion that I want.
